Lindsey first started at the clinic in high school years as a coop student and has been coming back ever since. After graduating from the University of Guelph in 2020 with a Bachelor of Science in Animal Biology, she returned to the clinic to work full-time as a Veterinary Assistant. Though she was unable to achieve her dream of becoming a veterinarian, she loves having the privilege of being able to work with all the wonderful clients that come in our doors.
In her spare time, Lindsey engages in a variety of hobbies. Her favourites include painting, writing, reading and baking. Some of her paintings can be seen in the exam room depicting Pumpkin and Josephine, the clinic cats that are no longer with us. She also enjoys the outdoors when the weather is nice with her bicycle and her kayak, or tending to the garden. Lindsey also has her own four-legged family member at home, Gizmo the shih-tzu mix, who always does his best to keep life interesting in his senior years.
Lindsey has had a love of animals since she was a child. She plans to spend as much of her career as possible working with them, and every day at the clinic only serves to reinforce that passion.
